This 6 week bespoke training programme will ensure that you can face the mountain challenges with confidence. The extra benefit is delayed Lactic Acid build up and great energy levels all day long.
Your session will combine Powerplate and floor exercises to improve your strength and flexibility.
Self Myofascial release and self stretches training is included in this programme, to help you become an expert in yourself.
